Guaranteed Tried and True
When you grab a recipe from a huge online forum or wiki you don’t know for sure that it has ever even been cooked. I’ve tried some that I suspect never had, because they just didn’t come out right. They sounded good, but they weren’t tried and true.
I can’t guarantee that you will like every recipe that you find here, because it depends too much on personal taste, but what I can promise you is that each and every one of them has been tried by myself or someone that I know and trust. Guaranteed tried and true
